WINEMAKING:
Tsinandali 2016 is made entirely from the Rkatsiteli grape variety. Even without Mtsvane blending it is smooth and balanced like a classic Tsinandali. After short skin contact the juice undergoes fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
TASTING NOTES AND FOOD PAIRING:
This Tsinandali has a great fruity nose and a clear structure. It is dry, fresh and crisp on the palate with a finish reminiscent of grapefruit notes. This harmonious and aromatic wine with a pleasant acidity is best enjoyed well chilled. It is a wine that pairs nicely with seafood and vegetable dishes.
